  6. On behalf of the Municipality of Chatham-Kent Housing Services Division and myself personally, I offer my condolences to Marie’s family. As you know Marie served as the Property Manager for Riverway Non Profit Housing Corporation for many years. I had the pleasure of working with Marie since Nov 2001 when I first met with the Boards and Property Managers of social housing in CK. She was a terrific lady, very capable property manager who was well respected by her colleagues in our line of business. Several years later she also assisted me by agreeing to volunteer and help another housing provider board get their operations back on track. Marie provided wise and prudent counsel, excelling particularly in the area of financial management. It was my honour and privilege to have known her and to have had the opportunity to work with her for so many years. Sincerely, Shelley Wilkins, Director, Housing Services
