With heavy hearts we announce the unexpected passing of Stephen Hoglund, the week
of October 8, 2020, at 48 years of age. He will always be remembered for his courage
during difficult times.
Stephen was a very selfless man. He would go out of his way to help others and not
expect anything in return. He was very passionate and well respected in his line of work
as a contractor. Stephen had a brilliant mind and could put a smile on anyone’s face.
He was the beloved father of Karolynn Alexander – Hoglund. Also a beloved grandfather
to Cole Gehl and Laken Doyle.
Loving son of Ron and Pat Hoglund, and loving fiancee of Shannon Barylewicz.
Stephen will also be remembered with love by family and friends.
Those who would like to give a donation in Stephen’s memory are encouraged to consider
PAWR and remember how he loved animals, especially his dogs Jack and Edward.
Stephen’s family will be remembering him privately at a later date.
