Peter Thomas Holmes

HOLMES,Peter Thomas , passed peacefully Thursday December 6, 2018 at the Chatham Kent Health Alliance at age of 68.  Son of the late Robert and Marjorie Holmes. Loving husband to Sharon for 42 years. Father of Jason Holmes and Jeremy Holmes (Beckie). Grandpa to Harper and Blake. Peter worked for many years as a Millwright . He will be dearly missed and forever remembered by surviving siblings Robert Holmes (Lavern), Edward Holmes (Donna), Doreen Frietag, Joanne Johnston (Bev), MaryLynne O’Brien, Gerry Holmes (Diane). Private family memorial to be held at a future date.  Memorial contributions may be directed to Heart and stroke foundation. Online condolences are welcome at

  4. We were saddened to hear of Peter’s passing. My parents always had a soft spot for Peter as he had worked several years on our dairy farm.. during his high school years. He was in touch with them just a few months ago. They were so glad to hear from him. May you find comfort in your memories.
