Norris Graham

Graham,Norris Gilbert 
25 Jan 1937 – 22 May 2019

After a brave long battle with cancer, God has taken Norris home. He is not dead but alive forever more. Absent from the body , present with the Lord.

Norris is survived by his loving wife Doris nee Dower of almost 55 years,  daughter Jeanne ( Jeff Martin) , son Daniel (Cathy) , 6 grandsons , Tyler Martin, Josh (Tesha) Joel, Jake , Macguire, Parker Graham, and future great granddaughter Kinsley.

Norris was the last surviving member of his family. Predeceased by his Dad Fred and Mother Elsie, brothers Mel, Gary (Shirley) and Allyn (Shirley). He will also be missed by many nieces and nephews and the Dower family who loved him like a brother.
According to his wishes there will be no funeral but a memorial service at a later date. 
Special thanks to Dr. Biondi , secretary Faith, Von Medical Team, especially  nurses Stacey and Jackie who cared lovingly for him through his long journey. He so appreciated you all.

To Pastor Rick and dear friends at Maple City Baptist Church , no words can convey our thanks for your support and love. We know you will receive your reward . All are welcome to attend a memorial service on June 14, 2019 at 2 pm at Maple City Baptist Church (500 Indian Creek Rd West, Chatham).

  2. Rest In Peace, Uncle Norris. You will be missed by those you left behind. Set free your body & soul, it was time for you leave to joined your family. Give Dad(Garry) a hug for us as well as the others. Let them know, as with you, their memories carry on and they will no be forgotten. Ne Oublie.

  3. Norris was a dear friend and brother in the Lord to us for more than 50 years. We have long given the Lord thanksgiving for this wonderful man and his sweet wife, Doris. Norris will always stay nestled in our hearts and we’ll wait for him to greet us in Glory.

  4. Uncle Norris you will be missed by all in Calgary. I keep having the song you sang to the little ones popping into my head . And talking about fishing and hunting on the phone, you always wanted to here about the adventure .I hope you all (brothers and dad) go fishing together with God. Rest in Peace my friend.

  5. I worked with Norris and we had many great conversations, Norris was always kind in words and spirit.
    Norris shared his wife`s half way bars recipe with me. It was on of my favourite when I was at home with my siblings.
