Mary-Lou Reid

 

Mary-Lou Reid (nee Gilhula) passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance. Wife of the late Neilson Reid (1987). Mother of Dennis (Sue), Brian (Karen), Carrie (Rick) and Tracy (Rob). Grandmother of Steve (Christol), Melissa, Amanda (Dion), Ryan, Crystal, Sherry (Kim), Amanda (Tyler), Kelly, Michael (Victoria), Kristen (Lyle), Tyler (Tori), Nick (Carly), Cheryl (Danny) and Justin (Sabrina). Great-Grandmother of 32. Sister of Ken, the late Jack, Bill, and Jean. Predeceased by her parents Wilfred and Florence Gilhula. Mary-Lou was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 628 for many years. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all those that loved her. All are welcome to attend a graveside service Thursday August 11, 2022 at 12 noon at Arnold Cemetery. Tracy , and family l am so sorry to hear about the passing of your mother, Aunt Maggie is what l always called her, this is a difficult time and l just wanted to let you know that lm thinking about you , We certainly shared a lot of fun times at your parents house when we were kids. memories to remember and cherish. We have known Mary Lou since our St. Joseph School days and it was always a pleasure to meet her and recall our younger days. May your precious memories bring all of you comfort and strength.   12. My deepest condolences to the family. I was fortunate enough too get to know Mary Lou through the legion. She was the best to do luncheons with. We shared so many laughs and talks. It was truly never a dull moment when she was around and she taught me so much. Will never forget her and all the memories. Rest in peace beautiful you will be greatly missed.
