Coutts, Jon Ann passed peacefully Saturday October 13, 2018 at Chatham Kent Hospice. Daughter of the late John and Esther Merilees. Mother of Jon Willis, Marrianne Woudenberg, Jorn Coutts and Terri Coatsworth. Grandmother of Michael Willis, Becki and Wes Vander Wal, Jamie Willis and Jenny Child-Willis and family, Madison Ann Coutts, Ethan and Elora Gillier. Great grandmother of Cora Willis, Liam Vander Wal and Lila Vander Wal. Sister of Joel Merilees, Kurt Merilees ( Barbara Fatt- Merilees). A celebration of Jon Ann’s life will be held as an Open House this Sunday Oct. 21, from 1pm to 5pm. at Sons of Kent Brewery in Chatham. Memorial contributions may be directed to The Canadian Cancer Society and the Chatham Kent Hospice. Online condolences are welcome at www.lifetransitions.ca
