John Dale “Jack”

John Dale “Jack”, resident of Chatham, passed away at Chatham Kent Health Alliance on September 12, 2020 at the age of 61. Born in East York, he was the son of William and the late Delphine. He will always be remembered by his daughters Janine, Rochelle (Matthew) and Jessica. He is the grandfather of Adrien (Jean), Kayden, Geoffrey, Jessica, Gavin, Angeline, Hudson and Harper. Jack is survived by his siblings Darcy, Edward, Lori (Richard) and Timothy. He will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends. Jack was a life long Harley Davidson and classic car enthusiast.  The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the staff at CKHA. As per Jack’s wishes, cremation has taken place with a celebration of life to be held at a later date.

  1. He was one of my favorite uncles. Always LOVED going to the family reunions at his house in Charing Criss in the summer. Always my highlight.

  2. i’am proud to be one of jack’s uncle he was a great person ( worked hard road hard) i did manage to say goodbye i got to say i love you one last time rest in peace jack.

  4. I was blessed to be with dad and my sisters when he passed on to be with Grammy. I will cherish my good memories and the life lessons he taught me. I wasn’t ready for him to leave just yet but, I’m not sure anybody every really is ready to lose a parent. Thank you to all who have reached out with love and sympathy during this extremely difficult time.
    I love you Dad so much. I wish we had more time and that the time we together was more plentiful. I know you were tired and in a great deal of pain. May you mind, body and soul be at peace now.
