  10. I have many, many fond memories of Gary. I enjoyed Gary’s company every school day in our high school years, sitting next to each other, playing our trumpets in music class and in the WDSS concert band and jazz band. And on weekends we spent many hours playing together in several different garage bands and gigs with friends and fellow musicians Owen Roberts, Steve Turner, and Bruce Wickens. Gary was a natural musician on every instrument he picked up. And everyone liked him. He was one of the most kind-hearted people I have ever known. My deepest condolences to all of Gary’s family.
