  8. Many years Edith shared her piano talent with the residents of Meadow Park for the Wednesday church services… she and John also came in once a month for a Sunday church service. I will always remember Edith’s cheery smile and happy disposition… she always had a kind word for everyone she met. Her faith and her family were the most important things in her life… I am so happy that our paths crossed, she was an inspiration for many. Thoughts and prayers to the whole VanderEnde family.

  9. Sorry to hear of the loss to your family and it is quite obvious her love and faith was past along to everyone. It is surprising how many people from Yhe Netherlands live so long. My mother-in-law was born there in 1923 and is still with us. God bless each and everyone of you. John Hamilton

  10. Tante Dith was de jongste zus van mijn moeder en oom Jan was de broer van mijn vader.
Tante Dith was de laatste tak aan de Groenewegenboom.
Wat overblijft zijn heel veel nieuwe scheuten!!

Aunt Edith was the youngest sister of my mother and uncle John was a brother of my father.
Aunt Edith was also the last branche on the Groenewegentree.
What remains are a lot of New shoots.

  17. Though we regretfully never got to know her personally, we have witnessed her amazing legacy and investment in the lives of her children, extended family and so many close friends. So, we feel as if we knew her quite intimately, in fact, seeing her clearly in so many Godly lives that she impacted and that we HAVE met. We extend our deepest sympathies to the entire family while at the same time rejoice with you over Mother’s home-going.

  21. Dear family,
Our condolences on the passing of your mother, our Tante Dith.
Tante Dith was the sister of my mother Tine.
We have very good memories of her. She and Oom Jan visited us several times in Apeldoorn Holland.
She wrote many letters to us and we received often telephonecalls from her. We loved her very much.
We have just followed the Celebration Service of Life on the lifestream. It was very special that we could see you all.

We wish you strength in coping and dealing with this loss.
It was good to join this ceremony albeit on a distance in ‘Holland’
