Edith Nash

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Edith Grace Nash on Wednesday November 24, 2021 at Chatham Kent Hospice. Born 80 years ago. Daughter of the late Homer Nash and Jean Weston. Wife of the late Donald Boomhower. Mother of Donald Nash (Linda), Joe Rumble (Tracy), Kellie Rumble, Pixie Allaire (Phil), Angie Donais (Bob). Step mother of Chris Jannack (Christine). Grandmother of Donald, Vincent, Deric, Joey, Nicole, Tiffany, Danny, Vanessa, Allen, Dylon and Lewis. Survived by many great grandchildren. Edith is the sister of  Donna Nash and Jackie Crawford, sister in law of Bill Guy and best friends of Carol and Debbie Soule. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Edith will be remembered as a lady who loved quilting, scrapbooking, animals and especially her family. A celebration of Edith’s life will be planned for a later date.  Memorial donation can be directed to Chatham Kent Hospice.

  1. Sincerest condolences to all the family. Edith will be missed by many. I truly cherished the time I was able to spend with her before her passing. The true mark of a woman is in those she leaves behind and she is leaving behind a wonderful caring living family. May you find comfort and peace in your cherished memories
