Carol Horvath

HORVATH,Carol (Miller)–  A resident of Chatham, passed away peacefully with family by her side on Friday, August 24, 201at the age of 78. Daughter of the late Carmen and Winnie Miller. Wife and best friend of 56 years of the late Alex Horvath. Loved dearly by her children Dale (Susanne) Horvath, Darlene Horvath (Bob Legue) and Brenda Howes (Patrick Wrozek). Beloved grandmother of Crystal Parker (Shea Bailey), Tanya Wilson (Mike), Bobbie Beriault (Brian), Terrie Horvath (Brett), Jamie Howes (Sam), Chris Howes, Carley Horvath and Charlie Wrozek. Loving great-grandmother of Brennan Horvath, Emma Beriault, Ezequiel Trigo, Carolynn Primeau, Aada Lee McKeller, Brodie- Bailey, Quinndale McKeller and Kaleb WelchPredeceased by her brothers Bob and Jack Miller. Survived by her sister Janet Murdock and sisters in law Diane and Carol. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed by her loving canine companion, RubyCarol will be forever remembered as a spunky lady who deeply loved her family. She was the greatest hostess of many family gatherings in her home over the years, where she danced, cooked and just loved having fun.  The family would like to thank Dr. Adrian Verburg for his compassionate care. A funeral Mass will take place Saturday September 29, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Blessed Sacrament Church (145 Victoria Ave. Chatham).   1. Sorry to read of your Mother’s death. Knew her many years ago and then refreshed my memory again when she and your Dad had the Crystal Palace in Thamesville and I use to dance there many weekends. Always a fun gal. Pat and Grant
