Career Opportunity Licensed Funeral Director
Our family owned, progressive funeral home is seeking a Class 1 Ontario Licensed Funeral Director to join our team. (Consideration will be given to all experience levels, including interns completing their license requirements).
-Permanent full time (not contract).
-Salary with paid vacation.
-Suits on service days only – business casual daily.
-Availability to be on call and/or work after hours.

The successful candidate will be professional, responsible, compassionate and caring, committed, flexible, self motivated, and reliable. They will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written, and the physical ability to do lone transfers and manage the lifting required of the position. Excellent time management and organizational skills are crucial. Advanced computer skills, social media and technical knowledge are an asset for this position. The ability to work alone or with a team, be a self starter, have working knowledge in all areas of funeral service, and have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
Residing in the Chatham-Kent region is imperative.
Salary will be dependent on experience and skills.
