  9. Dear Lydia, Matt, Wendy and family,

We are the Duane Barnes Family from Independence, Missouri. My wife Beverlee, our son Scott, our daughter Rebecca Gomez, her husband Tom and son Taylor were honored to be in attendance at Matt & Wendy’s beautiful wedding. Our families met you and Byron during that special time. Matt was easy to blend into our family’s inner circle and such a joy to be with. If Matt is any reflection of his father, which we are sure he is, then we know Byron is a wonderful man!

We are so sad to hear about your loss. Please know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
