Barry Waekens

Barry Waekens, son of Cam and Mary Waekens, survived by his loving wife Francine, his children Ashley (Jonathan), Joshua (Caitlyn), Jesse (Debrah), his grandchildren Peighton, Cali, Alec and Sutton, as well as his brother Blair and sister Carrie, passed away on Wednesday, February 24th, 2021.

Barry was a kind and loving soul who had an effect on everyone he met.  Whether it was welcoming people around his campfire for a beer and some good company, lending a helping hand (usually he would play supervisor), playing darts, poker, Magic the Gathering, and board games, you could always count on him for a good laugh, good tunes, a good ear, and a good time. We will miss him dearly.  A Celebration of Barry’s life will be planned and announced at a later date.
