Angela Mercer

Peacefully at her home, while surrounded by family, Friday, April 16, 2021 at the age of 67, after a heroic battle with cancer. Dearly loved wife and best friend of Bill Mercer. Loving mother of Shannon Shepley (Gerald), Danny Brant (Jaime) and the late Kristal Giesebrecht (2010). Mother in law of Matt Giesebrecht. Step mother of Jeff Mercer (Tracy) and Jamie Mercer (Erika). Amazing grandmother of Katelyn, Sara, Melissa Shepley, Quentin Brant, Cody, Jaidelyn, Bryce, Olivia, Dax Mercer and Jon Giesebrecht. Angie loved her family and fur babies more than life. She was always up for a game of cards or Yahtzee. Angie loved to spend time in the kitchen creating tasty meals and treats for her loved ones. She will be fondly remembered as a very lovable , kind, caring, considerate soul who always made people feel welcomed and loved. Her family will be remembering Angie privately.   2. I always have and always will love you sweet Ang. One day we will meet again and until that time comes, I will remember your warm, welcoming, fun and loving ways and strive to be those things too. May God comfort your dear ones in their great grief.

  3. Started out as family, quickly became best friends. We had a bunch of fun, lived through tragedy and survived. Angie talked me through some really tough times and always had my back. I hope she knew that I had hers too. I hope they don’t have Yahtzee in Heaven because I’ll probably still lose to you. I will always love you and now I have to love your children even more than I already do!

  9. My sweet dear friend. Was so saddened to here this news today. You have been my friend for 43 years. I wish I had been able to be there for you . Time seems to get away from us though Covid did not help. My friend I will miss you so much. I’m so glad I have so so many great memories over the years. God bless you. You now are another star I can talk to. Your in a great place now. No more suffering up in heaven with your beautiful daughter . I know it’s been a very sad few years after kristal passed away for you. Your the wonderful person who was always caring. Lots of fun to be with .
